Returns Policy
Treacle Wool shop is committed to providing our customers with the highest quality products and service and we hope you will be pleased with your purchase. Should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange the product provided it is in fully resaleable and unused condition. Returns should be made within 14 days and in original, undamaged packaging. If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resaleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item.
The customer must bear the cost of returning goods to Treacle Wool shop. However, if the goods are found on inspection to be defective, the cost of returning the item will be refunded to you.
Treacle Wool Shop cannot accept liability for packages damaged during transit. It is the Customer's responsibility to wrap the return product(s) adequately to prevent damage.
You are advised to send your package by recorded delivery, registered post or courier, and to insure the goods for their full value.
Postage will be charged on all goods returned for exchange.
