Snuggle Up Log Cabin Blanket Knit Kit
A log cabin blanket is made of a set of knitted blocks, changing direction and joining as you go. This is not so much a pattern as a set of guidelines. Once you understand the techniques, you can make this blanket however you want to.
It’s worked entirely in garter stitch (knitting every row) and, so long as you can cast on, cast off, and knit, you can make this blanket. Or you can make wash cloths, baby blankets, bedspreads, cushion covers … once you’ve mastered the technique, the possibilities are endless!
This kit contains 6x 50g balls of Rico Soft Merino Aran (2 of three shades), the pattern and a pair of 5mm bamboo knitting needles. Perfect for beginners, gorgeous as a gift.
